DAC Members,

I am delighted to confirm that the 32nd DAC EMEA conference, hosted and sponsored by Piemme Telecom, will be held in Rome, Italy. The conference will take place between Monday 1st, and Wednesday 3rd December 2008.

The Theme for the event will be "Making it Work!" referring to integrating solutions across technologies bringing business power to the end user.

The hotel selected for the event will be the Holiday Inn, Rome, Eur Parco Dei Medici, please DO NOT register directly via the hotel's website, you will not be able to attend the event if you register to the hotel directly.

As before, we will be offering an 'early bird' registration discount to the conference fee of 25% (€50) for all those who register before the

15th October 2008, as this helps us to organise the DAC with reduced risk. I would therefore encourage you to register as soon as possible.

Conference Fees

Early Bird Conference Fee:

Register on or before 15th October 2008 - €150 per attendee

Standard Conference Fee:
Register on 16th October 2008 or later - €200 per attendee

Conference Day Rate:

Monday - 84 Euros (includes VAT), per person

Tuesday - 84 Euros (includes VAT), per person

Wednesday - 84 Euros (includes VAT), per person

Thursday - 58 Euros (includes VAT), per person

NOTE: Conference Day Rates include buffet lunch, coffee breaks, etc.

Hotel Room Rates

Single room -150 Euros per night (includes VAT), including breakfast and wifi access.
Double room -170 Euros per night (includes VAT), including breakfast and wifi access.
